The application for the course for 2012 is now OPEN.
The course will be conducted during Nov 9 – Dec 5-8, 2012. The first week will be held in Kathmandu and the remaining in the mountains near Thame or other sites as needed.
The course is approved by UIAA/IKAR/ISMM and covers the full basic international curriculum. In addition, it also covers specific sections relevant to Nepalese mountains. The curriculum has been developed in close conjunction with UK diploma team, the Swiss diploma team and experienced mountain guides.
We accept both international and local medical doctors in this program. A few seats are offered to experienced nurses and paramedics. If you are interested to apply for 2012 intake and would like to know more on the schedules, cost and other requirements, please refer to Nep DiMM 2012 info sheet.
